The Bookkeeper’s Referral Network, Inc. works with both bookkeepers and business owners. Our primary mission is to connect business owners seeking bookkeepers and bookkeepers seeking businesses who are looking for their services.

BRN was co-founded by Linda Hunt and Laurie O’Neil. Both Linda and Laurie own and operate independent outsourced accounting/bookkeeping firms for the small business sector. We each specialize in working with a certain demographic of small business and frequently refer potential clients outside our demographic to one another. Often times we would come across a client where neither one of our firms was right for that business. Then a light bulb went off – why not create a place where we could refer this business to bookkeepers who were just right for it? That is how we came up with the idea for BRN – the place where business meets great bookkeepers.

For the bookkeepers we provide them with a forum where they can obtain simple, practical advice on how to run their own practice while at the same time adding value to their clients and find businesses looking for their services.

For business owners, we provide them with education on how to determine their true accounting needs, what type of bookkeeper is best suited for them and a place to find bookkeepers looking for their business! It is a win/win for everyone.
